Tami Fresh Products
Tami Fresh Products is a Zambian-owned Agro-processing company dedicated to adding value to locally grown fruits and vegetables through the production of high-quality food and beverage products. Founded with the goal of supporting smallholder farmers, reducing post-harvest losses, and promoting sustainable food systems, Tami Fresh operates from the government-owned Kafue Industrial Yard. We aim to be a leading force in Zambia's food manufacturing industry, producing healthy, affordable, and proudly Zambian products for both local and international markets. The company was formally registered on January 25, 2023.

Why Tami Fresh?

While farmers often face post-harvest losses due to limited preservation and processing facilities, consumers increasingly seek healthy, natural, and locally made options.
Our operations add value to locally grown fruits and vegetables, turning them into jams, sauces, beverages, and other preserved goods that extend shelf life, reduce waste, and create year-round availability. By sourcing directly from local farmers, we not only improve their incomes but also promote sustainable agriculture and rural economic development.
Furthermore, Tami Fresh contributes to import substitution by providing quality Zambian-made alternatives to foreign products, keeping more revenue within the country. With modern processing standards, strong branding, and an expanding market locally and regionally, Tami Fresh is well-positioned to enhance food security, stimulate agro-industry growth, and support national economic diversification.
